Notes on Installation:
Your outboard bracket will mount on your stern pulpit or any 1" stainless rail. It is recommended, but not necessary to have a vertical rail at the point of the mounting. If mounting one a horizontal rail only, use a small length of line to secure lower end of outboard to lower rail. To install on smaller diammeter rail, simply use a length of pvc hose (sold seperately) as a spacer. Additional holes can be used to tie your outboard motor down 9rope sold seperately), provide a means for locking the motor to your rail, or for attaching a safety line to be used while lowering your outbaord motor to your tender.
