Important – Please Note Trailering Above 60kph
If trailering at speeds greater than 60kph:
- Ensure tie-downs are secure and taut
- Avoid overtightening (may cause tearing at high speeds)
- Inspect cover and tie-downs regularly during travel
- For speeds above 60kph, we highly recommend using:
- Two light ratchet straps (not included)
- Positioned over the bow
- Secured to either side of the trailer
- This reduces forward wind pressure on the cover and tie-downs.
Protect Against Wear Points
- Place a soft barrier (e.g., foam underlay or pool noodles) over protruding items such as:
- Rod holders
- Rocket launchers
This prevents fabric wear and significantly extends the cover’s lifespan.
Measuring your boat's LENGTH:
Measure the centerline length using a straight measurement from bow to stern. NOTE: do not measure up and over windowscreen, cabin, or deck fittings.
Measuring your boat's BEAM WIDTH:
Measure a straight line across the widest point of your boat.
NOTE: do not measure up and over windowscreen, cabin, or deck fittings.
Measuring your boat's HEIGHT:
Measure a straight line from highest point of your boat to the deck line.
