The Daiwa Bait Junkie 3" Wave Minnow features a unique wave-shaped curl tail that produces enticing action even at the slowest retrieve speeds. This makes it particularly effective when fish are shut down or lethargic. As the lure is retrieved, the upward flick at the end of the curl tail catches the water and opens the tail, creating an attractive curling action that estuary species can't ignore.
Made from Daiwa's buoyant Elastomax material, the Wave Minnow's tail sits up off the bottom and continues working in the current, even when the lure is stationary. Its longer, thinner profile can imitate a range of natural estuary prey, including shrimp, prawns, small fish and worms.
