Designed with offshore anglers in mind, the 23 Extraction has been purpose-built specifically for jigging, casting, and topwater fishing applications. At the core of the new Extraction is Shimano’s bullet-proof T45 blank technology. T45 involves carbon tape being wrapped around the blank at a 45 degree angle additional to the standard carbon sheets while the blank is being rolled.

This results in the construction of a blank with a light and sensitive tip section that is ideal for manipulating lures and minimising angler fatigue, that transitions into a lower section which displays the strength and durability required for high drag settings and maximum lifting power. Featuring premium quality Fuji SiC guides, Fuji graphite reel seats, and custom componentry, 23 Extraction jigging rods are ready to go to battle with you on your next mission offshore.
