The Simrad NAC-3 VRF Core Pack provides the core components needed to build a powerful Simrad Continuum autopilot system for larger outboard and sterndrive boats.
Recommended for outboard and sterndrive vessels over 10 metres (35 feet), the package combines the NAC-3 Autopilot Computer with a Precision-9 solid-state compass and the cabling and connectors required to build or connect to an NMEA 2000® network.
Simrad’s Virtual Rudder Feedback (VRF) technology eliminates the need for a mechanical rudder feedback unit on suitable outboard and sterndrive installations, helping simplify installation. Simply add a compatible drive unit for your steering system and your choice of compatible Simrad autopilot controller or multifunction display to complete the system.

Drive Compatibility
The NAC-3 is designed to work with a range of higher-current steering drive systems, including:

- Compatible solenoid valve steering systems
The appropriate drive unit must be selected separately to suit your boat’s steering system.

- WR10 Wireless Remote when added to a compatible system
