Lever drags are visually easy to operate and their drag performance, which does not suffer from power-loss due to heat generation during an extended fight, is optimal for targeting large and powerful fish. Due to the structure of lever drags, the higher the drag force, the heavier the handle rotation becomes. But the newly developed Infinity Drive structure reduces the weight of the handle rotation during high drag by 30% compared to conventional models. The Ocea Jigger LD also has a range of features designed specifically for jigging, with a new large T-type handle knob and 105mm cold forged handle arm. The frame shape makes it easy to grasp and thumb, while the drag lever has a convenient design that ensures optimal drag operation. *Comes supplied with a second light-line drag cam that is compatible with light lines in the PE1.5-2.5 range.

Customize the drag change with the included light line cam. OCEA JIGGER LD's drag has a standard cam with a large adjustment range for PE No.3 to No.5 by default, but by replacing it with the attached light line cam, it is possible to customize the drag characteristic to a gentle drag for PE No.1.5 to No.2.5. This setting is suitable for light line fishing where sudden changes in drag force should be avoided. - Strike stopper button
- Drive gear. Achieved weight reduction while maintaining strength. The large diameter drive gear, which supports the drive part, is made of ultra-high-strength brass material and designed to be massive and highly precision. There is no compromise in strength. Furthermore, OCEA JIGGER LD features thinning to achieve weight reduction without losing strength.
- Thumbing space. A space is provided in front of the perming side to control the fall with the index finger. This allows for thumbing without disturbing the perming.
- Newly developed large-sized handle knob
- Cold forged long crank handle. The handle is equipped with a highly rigid and strong cold forged long crank handle as standard. The hard and sturdy handle body is approximately twice as rigid as conventional handles, and the synergistic effect with HAGANE BODY enables direct reeling performance without power loss.
- Cold forged high rigidity clutch lever. For the clutch section, a newly shaped drag lever which is hammered by cold forging is used to achieve not only a high quality feel but also operability that exceeds that of the previous model.
