How To Use:
Step 1: Mount your Smokai Smoke Generator to your smokehouse, smoker conversion, upright smoker or any other suitable smoking chamber.
Step 2: Load your favorite flavor of woodchip or hardwood BBQ pellets, turn on the pump and light.
Step 3: Dial in your preferred volume of smoke. Sit back, crack open a cold beer and relax.
Step 4: Let rest, then serve to your family and friends (it won't last long).

3 Litre Hopper: The gravity fed hopper holds 3 Litre of woodchip or BBQ pellets. Using BBQ pellets on a low pump speed, the classic can produce smoke for up to 24 hours.
Control Your Smoke™:
The variable speed air pump can be adjusted to control the volume smoke, from a light to heavy smoke producing the very best results.
Power Options:
Choose from a mains (AC) powered pump or a cordless, rechargeable battery powered pump for off-grid smoking.
304L Hygienic Stainless Steel:
We use heavy duty stainless that is built to last. Smokai uses the very best, locally sourced, certified, hygienic 304L stainless steel. Our tube is milled in New Zealand.
Silicone Air Tube:
High-temperature, food-safe silicone, the air tube connects the air pump to the Smoke Generator.
Hardwood Lid:
A hardwood lid, not steel, so that it seats well on the hopper and can safely be removed by hand during the smoke to check the level of smoking wood or refill.
Flat Base:
The flat base provides an alternative option to fixing the unit using the built-in mounting bracket. If your setup allows, you can simply rest the unit on a shelf or the ground and line up the smoke outlet to the hole entering your smoking chamber.
Get Smoking:
Designed to smoke for up to 24* hours, the Smokai Magnum makes cold smoking a breeze and can supply a controllable volume of quality, fresh wood smoke when hot** smoking.
The variable speed air pump gives you control of the smoke volume ensuring you don’t over smoke your food which is often the case with other smoking systems.
Fresh wood is gravity fed to the burn with ash settling on the base, ready to quickly empty after your smoke.
The smoking time is dependent on the wood fuel type (chip, pellets), variety (hickory, maple, etc), pump speed and the ambient environment.
* Smoking times are dependent on the pump speed, wood fuel type (woodchip, pellets), size, variety (hickory, maple, etc), quality, manufacturer and the ambient environment. Up to 24 hours using 100% hickory pellets with the pump set to its lowest speed.
