These grills are made with high-quality ceramic that is strong, heat-resistant, and seals in the natural flavors of your food while reducing fuel consumption compared to traditional grills.

The cooking grid can be positioned low on the fire bowl or using the expander frame to position it higher above the cooking coals. The tripod cooking rack supports a heat deflector stone which, when used in conjunction with the cooking grid, provides a cooking system that is great for low and slow cooking. The deflector stone can also be swapped out with the grill for an incredible sear or used as a full moon pizza stone set low over the heat zone.

Ceramic is one of the strongest forms of insulation, and Firehawk's UltraHeat Ceramic body ensures that almost all the heat is captured and used to cook your food before exiting the grill. This material also ensures that the heat radiates slowly, creating an incredibly stable temperature throughout the entire cooking chamber, which is crucial for low and slow cooking.

The Firehawk Kamados Heat Lock Mesh Seal reduces moisture loss during cooking to ensure your food is exposed to less dry air. This feature, made from durable and easy-to-clean fiberglass mesh, is a key aspect of low and slow cooking and helps to retain the moisture and flavor of your food.
