On top of all this, they can also be cast, making them incredibly versatile light/medium tackle reels.

The Rod:
Status Bluewater range in now a combination of the much vaunted status bent butt and classic Tiagra rods - combined under the Status BlueWater banner.
Featuring powerful E-glass/carbon construction these rods have extreme strength, whilst still maintaining comfortable feel and as such, are perfect for fishing both electric and Tiagra/Talica reels. Straight butts feature, slick carbon butts with AFCO roller tips and the bent butts feature reliable Pac Bay bent butts.
