HEMPEL'S ANTIFOULING GLOBIC 9000 is a premium class leading high solids chemically hydrolysing SPC antifouling based on Nano Acrylate Technology.

Globic 9000 is a premium antifouling coating that delivers an outstanding return on investment over extended docking intervals of up to 90 months in aggressive enviroments.

GLOBIC 9000 offers leading low friction properties, self-smoothening, and very fine control of polishing for optimal performance. GLOBIC 9000 combines best possible binder and biocide package for premium performance in different trading speeds and outperforms other SPC particularly in slow steaming. The patented microfibers give GLOBIC 9000 a best-in-class mechanical strength to avoid cracking and peeling.

This product does not contain organotin compounds acting as biocides and complies with the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Antifouling Systems on Ships as adopted by IMO October 2001 (IMO document AFS/ CONF/26).

Recommended especially as a antifouling for bottom and boottop on vessels operating in deep sea trade at medium to high speed (13 knots plus) and high activity with relatively short idle periods.
