Shipping: Smart Marine uses Courier Post and Toll to deliver our NZ orders. All parcels are insured plus you will receive online trace details for peace of mind. Due to insurance and guarantee of delivery, all our parcels will need to be signed for or the courier will leave a card to collect/arrange another delivery time so please consider supplying a business address instead or another where the parcel can be signed for. Orders are processed on week days and are usually collected the next business morning by the courier, if not earlier. North Island delivery is usually 1-3 days, South Island 2-5 and the parcel size can effect this. We also ship to rural addresses and to P.O. boxes but very large/fragile/DG parcels will need a physical address.
Collect Your Order at any Smart Marine Store: Smart Marine happily allows collection of your order (pre-pay online or pay in store), 8am-6pm, 7 days a week via your favourite Smart Marine store: Westhaven, Mt Wellington, Manukau or Hamilton. Simply 'Add to Cart' as normal and select the store you want to collect from via the drop-down options at check-out. The Smart Web Crew will be in touch with when it is ready for you. Easy-peasy! Please let us know when you hope to collect so we can do our best to have it ready for you in good time. You will be required to present your own photo i.d. for pre-paid orders so please bring this with you.
